The emotional resilience score helps you measure your progress in managing and understanding your emotions over time. By tracking this score, you can identify areas for improvement and celebrate your growth in emotional control.

Observe with time how your anger shifts from intense to peaceful by adjusting mood sliders.

Backup & Restore:
Keep your insights safe. Restore your entries, and settings anytime with iCloud.

Any current Stew user will be given a lifetime account to Stew 2.0 once released. Please make sure your email is valid to receive the lifetime account.

This is now "Stew (Legacy)" and is the LAST update until Stew 2.0 arrives Q4.
